What output power does this balcony solar system provide?
It delivers 800W of solar power with up to 880W load power, which is sized for everyday household appliances.
What type of solar panels are used?
Tier 1 full-screen black monocrystalline silicon panels. They use high-efficiency monocrystalline cells and the all-black finish gives a uniform look on the balcony.
Does it include an inverter?
Yes. The system uses an MPPT micro inverter, which continuously tracks the maximum power point to get the most energy from the panels.
Is professional installation required?
No. The system is designed as plug-and-play and can be set up without professional installation. Please note that the supplier does not offer an installation service.
What output voltage and frequency does it provide?
220V at 50Hz.
Is the system weatherproof?
Yes. It carries an IP65 protection rating, meaning it is dustproof and protected against water ingress, which supports year-round outdoor use.
What is the working temperature range?
From -25ºC to 65ºC.
How does it handle humidity and altitude?
It tolerates relative humidity from 0% to 100% and operates at altitudes up to 2,000 m.
How stable is the electrical output?
Power factor is above 0.99 and total current waveform distortion is below 3%.

The mounting type is balcony and ground mounting.
Where does it ship from and how long does delivery take?
It ships from EU warehouse stock and China also. The indicative lead time is about 2 days for orders of 1-14 units; larger quantities are quoted separately.

What's the delivery time?
Within 3-5 days for ready stock order. About 25-30 days for OEM&ODM order. The exact time depends on actual situation.

Where is your factory?
We have our own factory in Tanzania, Africa, with full quality control. We have been selling stably in many African countries and can provide fast shipping within the Africa region.
What is the warranty period for this battery?
We provide a 12-month quality warranty from the manufacture date or Bill of Lading date. Anydefective batteries will be replaced free of charge.
Is the battery maintenance-free?
Yes, this is a maintenance-free type. It is dry charged, filled, and heat-sealed at the factory for simple installation.
Can I customize the battery appearance or design?
Yes, ODM and OEM services are accepted. We offer flexible customization including appearance design, and minor customizations.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces
Which vehicles is this battery suitable for?
It is suitable for starting batteries in passenger cars, vans, SUVs, heavy-duty trucks, motorcycles,ships, and marine boats.
What are the payment terms?
We accept LC, D/P, T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required upon orderconfirmation.
How should I store and maintain the battery?
Store in a cool, dry place. For storage over 6 months, recharge at 0.1C20A (10A for 6 hours).Keep terminals clean and apply Vaseline to prevent corrosion.

Fits most vehicles — Sedans,Trucks, SUVs, Pickups and light commercial vehicles.
Can I get samples?
Yes, samples are available, the MOQ is also 500 pcs.
